The TECHMIZE TH2840X Series is a high-speed automatic transformer test system designed for comprehensive testing and analysis of transformers, inductors, network transformers, and other winding components. It combines multiple measurement functions into one platform for efficient production-line and laboratory testing. The system supports transformer parameters including inductance, leakage inductance, DC resistance, capacitance, impedance, phase, balance, turns ratio, and Q factor. It is suitable for switching transformers, network transformers, relay coils, and other multi-winding passive components. With a test frequency range of up to 2 MHz, high-speed measurement, built-in DC bias capability, and optional LCR functions, the TH2840X provides flexible testing for demanding applications. The system can perform continuous testing, step testing, and multi-parameter scanning with programmable test conditions. The 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen, graphical pin-association interface, internal storage, USB, LAN, RS232C, RS485, and HANDLER interfaces make the system suitable for automated manufacturing environments. Depending on the model, test-pin capacity can be expanded for multi-channel transformer scanning applications.
