The HIOKI CT6847A is a professional clamp-type AC/DC current probe designed for precise, non-intrusive current measurement without disconnecting or cutting the circuit. Its high-accuracy design makes it suitable for demanding electrical and power measurement applications. With a DC to 70 kHz frequency bandwidth, the CT6847A can capture current variations in high-power systems while maintaining stable measurement performance. It supports rated currents of 2000 A DC and 1400 A AC, making it suitable for high-current applications. The probe uses advanced zero-flux/fluxgate sensing technology for high accuracy, excellent linearity, and strong common-mode noise rejection. It can measure conductors up to 50 mm in diameter and provides a 1 mV/A output for compatible measurement instruments. The CT6847A is ideal for EV inverter testing, electric vehicle power analysis, PV power systems, power electronics, UPS systems, and industrial energy measurements. Its wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C also supports demanding test environments.
